Peak Rail is host to a large collection of ex-mainline preserved diesel locomotives.

The railway hosts a number of events each year featuring a formidable lineup of ex-British Rail machines,including a class 44,Deltic and a 37.

The fleet is run completely by volunteers,who spend many hours keeping these vintage machines in working order.New volunteers will be made more than welcome,and further details can be found on this site.
